Dentistry has undergone a major paradigm shift, from the old "drill and fill” days to practicing Non-Invasive Dentistry. With our population living longer than ever before, it is my job as your dentist, to try and assure you of keeping your teeth for a lifetime.
How do we do this?
By practicing Non-Invasive Dentistry, we use high tech equipment and state of the art science. Preserving healthy tooth structure can be accomplished by utilizing tooth colored, mercury free, bonded filling. They look great and make the teeth stronger. Our Diagnodent Lasers can detect cavities even before we can see it with our eyes or on an x-ray. State of the art equipment for the hygienist, magnification and other high tech devices, allow us to diagnose dental disease early, and treat as conservatively as possible.
Our Hygienists are able to diagnose Periodontal Disease early on, allowing us to treat it, very often conservatively, without the need for gum surgery. This is done by monitoring the tooth gum pockets and bleeding sites on each recall visit.
